West Hartford- Miriam G. Carson, of Taylor Dr., passed away Friday, April 19, 2013 at the Hebrew Home and Hospital.
She was born March 17, 1920 in Poland, the daughter of the late Pinkus and Zivia Radzyminski.
She was married to the late Samuel Carson who passed away in 1995.
She was a member of Brothers of Joseph Synagogue, the Jewish Federation and the Brothers of Joseph Sisterhood.
She is survived by her daughter Mindy Carson, grandchildren Seth and Michelle Cheikin, great grandchildren Jethro and Sylvia Cheikin and by her son in law Meyer Cheikin and by two nieces and a nephew.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her daughter Sylvia Cheikin and sister Dina Greenberg.
A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, April 22, 2013 at 11 am at the Brothers of Joseph Cemetery in Preston.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Brothers of Joseph Synagogue.
The Church and Allen Funeral Home, 136 Sachem St. Norwich, is entrusted with arrangements.
