Misty Michele Matthews, 39 of Lubbock, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 15, 2017 while surrounded by her family. Misty was born to Corky & Janice Matthews on July 31, 1977 in Lubbock, Texas.
Misty graduated from Frenship High School in 1995. She was a member of Lubbock Elks Lodge 1348. Her passion in life was her children. Misty was always the life of the party; she never met a stranger.
Misty was the office manager of Diamond M Storage. She was a member of South Plains Church of Christ.
Misty was preceded in death by her mother Janice Matthews, her brother Scooter Matthews, nephew Roy "Fella" Matthews III, grandfather Roy Matthews and grandmother Imogene Fairies.
Misty is survived by her children Ian and Kaidyn Matthews; father Corky Matthews; brother Roy Matthews and wife Misty; sister in law Holly Matthews; three nephews, Tyler Matthews, Buff Matthews, Seth Matthews and grandmother Reba Matthews.
