Montie Evelyn Stobaugh, 84, passed away on November 29, 2016.
Montie was born January 10, 1932 in Huntsville, Alabama and moved to Peoria, Illinois when she was 16 years old. She was many things to many people; a mother, daughter, wife, grandmother, and friend. As a young woman, Montie enjoyed traveling, bowling, and entertaining friends and family. She loved to cook and was amazing at it! She was generous and kind and will be deeply missed.
Montie is survived by her daughter Diana (Tom) Price, 3 grandchildren: Jennifer Price, Thomas (Michaela) Price, and Nicole Coons.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Stobaugh; son Jeffrey Stobaugh; mother, Eleanor Fisher and brother, Ronnie Maggart.
Funeral services will be at 11am Friday, December 2, 2016 at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
Memorials may be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
