Grandma Shine,
I miss you everyday. It is hard knowing I won't see you this summer. We all expected you would be coming to Michigan to spend time with us as you often did. My family loved our time with you. This summer will not be as bright. Carlie and Austin are so blessed to have known their Great-Grandmother so well. Like everyone else, you enriched their lives. They miss you, too.
Our shared birthday, June 17th, will be a sad time for me this year, my first one alone. I will be thinking of you and all we've shared.
When I see your name in my phone and realize you are not at the other end to answer anymore, it hurts. I hope you still hear me because I do talk to you and believe I can feel you close.
Love you with all my heart! I'll be talking to ya. Bye for now,
Barbie

Muriel was a true and faithful friend to Lou and I. Living across the street from her was in God's plan for our lives. We shared our different faiths and strengthened each other in joys and sorrows.
Muriel helped us search for a home which led us to her sister Nancy's home and eventually we found a home.
Muriel was a Jill of all trades. One of her attributes was her zeal of encouragement to all who had the littlest desire to plan an instrument.
May you rest in the arms of Jesus Muriel.

We hope you find comfort in knowing your lives have been enriched by having shared her love. She is still with you in every act, thought and decision of your lives.

God has called home another Angel. Mom was the sweetest, kindest, and most joyful lady to be around. I never left from being with her without thinking about how blessed that her family was to have such a lady in their lives.
There is not one time that I was visiting with Mom, and seeing her interact with her family, that I couldn't see how much they all loved and respected each other. I never met anyone that did not love Mom, and respect her for the example she made for her kids. Love and respect like that is very special, and is just like he unconditional love that God gives us.
Mom always lead by example, and I could always tell that she instilled a moral character in her children that was passed down to each generation.
I know that Mom was almost 90 years old, and her earthly body was getting very tired. The Lord has now called Mom home, and given her a brand new body in Christ. She is in Heaven just dancing and singing with all the people the she loved who went before her, and waiting for all the people she left behind.
I look forward to seeing Mom and all the people I love and miss so much. As the song goes, "When the role is called up Yonder, I'll be there".
Mom is at peace now, so I will celebrate her life, and pray for her family. God bless and keep you until he calls you home to be with Mom.
We love you Mom,
Paul & Carol Weathersby

Aunt Mare added laughter and happiness to every visit and event she attended. Wrangling noisy cousins, playing piano for sing alongs, helping my brother Jim find his place. What an amazing woman, love you.

Sorry for your family's loss, she was loved by many as I read the obituary. She has touched many hearts and it lives on through her family. I don't know many of you, but her son Bob is a wonderful caring man, as for his two wonderful daughters Jeni and Diane, and there children and grandchildren! I have the honor to have them all in my life, as they are a part of her. May your family find the strength to honor her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all!
