Nancy I (Logan) Fesler, 66, of Colon, NE passed away on November 30, 2016. She was born in Lincoln on May 17, 1950 to Clyde & Rose (Hall) Logan. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1969. She married Jack L. Fesler on July 16, 1969. They moved from Lincoln to Colon in 1974.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Nancy had a love of old country music, dancing, having a beautiful home, and raising and showing Saint Bernards. She worked at Reliable Services for 17 years. She enjoyed life, family, and especially, her grandchildren. Nancy loved to cook and bake various things like coconut cream pie, cinnamon rolls, and runzas. She often drank coffee and enjoyed good conversation with her closest friends.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Fesler; son Mathew and Jane Fesler; daughter Tammy and Greg Meduna. Grandchildren: Kayla and Austin Fesler; Alex, Haley, Lance, and Marissa Meduna. Brothers Lawrence Hall & James Logan, sisters Irene Luick, Kathy Schafer, and Sarah Berry; foster siblings David Klein, Deborah Martin, Edwin Klein Jr., and Lori Melonas.
Proceeded in death by parents, brother Carl Logan and sisters Martha & Becky Logan; foster parents Edwin Sr. and Verola (Schoenfeld) Klein-Wolcott, foster stepfather Gordon Wolcott.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for later designation or to Cedars Home for Children in Lincoln.
All services will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Colon, NE
Visitation Sunday, December 4 at 5-7 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm.
Mass on Monday, December 5th at 10:45 am
Entombment Monday, December 5th at 2:45 pm at the Angel Mausoleum - Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery Lincoln, Nebraska meet at Gate 2.
