Nancy Frances Felton, 84, of Bloomington passed away on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Garden Villa. She was born March 18, 1929 in Monroe County, IN the daughter of the late John and Dorothy Felton. Nancy was of the Pentecostal faith. She worked at Kroger and with Home Health Care. She enjoyed bible study, Indiana University Football, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed. Nancy is survived by her four brothers, Ruel "Allan" Felton and his wife Lois; Dale Leon Felton, Clarence W. "Zeke" Felton, and Vasille Felton and his wife Clara; two sisters, Julia Arlene Summitt...
Nancy Frances Felton, 84, of Bloomington passed away on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Garden Villa. She was born March 18, 1929 in Monroe County, IN the daughter of the late John and Dorothy Felton.
Nancy was of the Pentecostal faith. She worked at Kroger and with Home Health Care. She enjoyed bible study, Indiana University Football, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed.
Nancy is survived by her four brothers, Ruel "Allan" Felton and his wife Lois; Dale Leon Felton, Clarence W. "Zeke" Felton, and Vasille Felton and his wife Clara; two sisters, Julia Arlene Summitt and Lyril N. Chambers and her husband Leon; and many nieces, nephews, and numerous other beloved family members.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, John E. Felton, Nora E. Felton, Brenda J. Felton, Farrel Felton, Elvira Dae Porter, and Sharon Y. Felton Clay.
Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary Greene and Harrell Chapel. Interment will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, November 18, 2013 at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary Greene and Harrell Chapel.
