Nathan Collier Hart, age 29, was taken from us way too soon after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Nathan was a caring person and an inspiration to all who knew him. He loved his family with all his heart, especially his nephew.
Nathan is survived by his parents, Pam Johnson Hart and John C. Hart, brother Nicholas Hart, and his beloved nephew, Lyfe Hart. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Wilma Johnson, Sonny Johnson, and Dr. George C. Hart.
The family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00 to 6:00 PM on Friday, August 3, 2012 at the chapel of Pat H. Foley & Co. a memorial service to celebrate Nathan's life will follow at 6:00 PM, with Dr. Richard Walters of Oak Forest Baptist Church officiating.
