Nita Negrete Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 6, 2018.

Nita Valles Negrete, age 37, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. She was born on April 29, 1980 to Louis & Josie Garza. She was a life-long resident of Dallas, TX and graduated in 1998 from Skyline High School. She was a customer service representative at Metro Installation.

Nita was a very loving person with a kind and generous heart. She had such a beautiful smile, a great laugh and always showed compassion to all. She loved God, her family and of course her fur babies. The question jokingly asked often was whether she loved her fur babies more than her family. As a child she would take in wounded animals and try to nurse them back to health. Nita wanted to bring home every stray cat or dog she saw. Her love for these fur babies inspired her to turn her hobby into a pet accessory business called Paws 'N Whiskers 214. Her dream was to make this a full time career.

You are now in God's arms but forever in our heart! Nita leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Antonio "Tony" Negrete; son, Antonio Louis Negrete, step-son Nicolas Negrete; step-daughter, Nancie Negrete; parents, Louis & Josie Garza; sisters, Louisa Garza & Candy Garza; niece, Jazmyn Garza; great-nephew, Gabriel Silva and many other family members and friends who's lives she has touched. She was preceded in death by her nephew, Kenneth Weddington, Jr.

Tia, I dont even know what to say... This doesnt feel real at all. I wished I was able to wake up and say this was all just a dream. One day we were having the time of our lives at Christmas and a few days later God had decided to call you home. I will cherish every moment we ever had together forever! I will miss the talks we had, the advice you would give me, and the laughs we had shared. Its going to be so hard going through life without you by my side. I will miss seeing you walk through that front door, I will miss hearing you laugh and seeing you smile, I will miss being able to call or text you and you being able to answer back. I will miss leaning my head against you and feel you run your fingers through my hair. I will miss everything about you! I want to thank God for giving Gabriel and I the opportunity to have you as our aunt. Im thankful that you were able to meet your great nephew before you were called home. We know you loved us so much and we love you just the same! You will be deeply missed. This isnt a goodbye, this is just a see you later! May you rest in paradise beautiful! Fly with the angels!

Lil sis, my life has forever changed. At this moment I cannot even imagine going through life without you by my side. I know I have to let you go so you can be free and I will try my very best. I know you fought as hard as you could to return to us but God needed another angel so he called you home. I know you are not suffering anymore and you're dancing in the sky right now... but I want to thank you sis for our last dance just days before you got sick. I will cherish that moment forever. I made you a promise years ago so dont you worry about Jr as we will always be there to watch over him and guide him in the right direction. Love you sissy to the moon and back and you will forever be missed. May you rest eternally in paradise lil sis. #flywiththeangels
