Nora Virginia Roucloux was reunited with God and her loving husband early in the morning of Monday, August 25th in Leander, Texas. Nora Virginia was educated in San Antonio, Texas. She married Julius Anthony Roucloux after his military service in the Navy in 1945. They had two children. Over five generations Nora Roucloux carried out the role God intended for her, showing her love through selfless caring and guidance as a wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Nora Virginia Roucloux was reunited with God and her loving husband early in the morning of Monday, August 25th in Leander, Texas.
Nora Virginia was educated in San Antonio, Texas. She married Julius Anthony Roucloux after his military service in the Navy in 1945. They had two children. Over five generations Nora Roucloux carried out the role God intended for her, showing her love through selfless caring and guidance as a wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She touched each generation with her soft gentle presence.
Nora was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Julius Anthony Roucloux April 2nd of 2013. She is survived by her 2 children, Lynda Sue Roucloux of Leander, Texas, and son Richard A. Roucloux of Leander, Texas, a sister Lore Lee Howell of Round Rock, Texas, a brother René A. Brown of Conroe, Texas and several grand, great-grand and great-great-grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held in Nora's memory on Wednesday, August 27th from 6:00-8:00P.M. at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home in Austin, Texas. A Graveside Service will be held on the following day, Thursday August 28th, at 11:00 A.M. and will be located at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas. Pastor Wynn Stenftenagel will be officiating.
