Madre pa' todos

Berta's departure from this world is felt and mourned by all her children, grandchildren, and all the people she adopted (as extended children) into her heart. Bertha demonstrated to me the art of unconditional love. She was a friend to all and found pleasure in the simple things. Her childlike curiosity for new ideas, people, and places continues to inspire me to be a better person. When I think of Bertha, my heart warms. I think of a strong woman who always had a smile, a good laugh or a taquito ready. Her life, her spirit and love, continues to inspire me. I carry that flame (her spirit) in my heart. And I hope to, one day, be half the woman she was. It was an honor to have known her and have been touched by her life.Thank you Irene for introducing me to your mama.

In Loving Memory of mama she is someone who has always gave sacrafically what she had in the physical, but most of all Love and Concern for others. She was a Giver and she will always be remembered for that. She lived a simple and practical Life full of Good Moral Fiber, that is what she will leave behind. Her words of advice and encouragement which we sometimes do take for granted. Mama I will always Love You, I Will Miss You, You will Always be Remembered in My Heart and I Will Always Remember Your Words of Advice and Encouragement. Proverbs 4:20-27 and 2 Timothy 1:1-8 Your Son Frank Araujo Sr.

Madre Querida
mama que triste es mi mañana
al no ver tu rostro
la Dulce caricia y ese abrazo
calentito y tierno
como quisiera poser
tenerte para contarte mis cosas
la falta que me vas haver
mucho hiciste hasta
lo mas sacrificado
por mi
nunca te voy a olvidar
gracias por ser mi mama
te quero mas mas alla de la vida
o la muerte
el amor no muere jamas
el mio no ha muerto
te amo siempre
descanza en paz
Amor Eterno
tu hija

Dear Araujo Family,
I am happy to have known Berta through the years. Dora Zoria, Berta and my mom Natalia Carlos were long time friends. (Dora passed away recently too.) Their friendship went back to the early 70's. I am sorry for your loss. We will miss her.
