Norma O. Honaker Norma Honaker (Chandler) of Lake Worth FL went home to be with Our Lord on August 5, on her 88thbirthday. She was one of a dozen children born to the late Guy and Inez Chandler of Dante, Virginia. Norma was a loving wife to Charles, who preceded her in death in 1982, mother to three sons, Michael Honaker (Susan), Gary Honaker (Robin) and Brian Honaker (Deb) and her grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a caring sister to all of her siblings. A devoted Christian, she loved the church and singing in the choir at the various church homes she had over the years. She loved people and her time working as a cashier at Giant Food until her retirement provided a great outlet for her to meet and interact with people. Norma will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends. A viewing will be held on August 10, 2017 at 7to 9 PM followed by a memorial service on August 11 at 10 AM at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042.

As sisters we knew the undeniable fact that we are the same blood, share the same origins, and are the product of the same loving family, the Guy and Inez Chandler family of SWVA. In loving memory of our beloved sister, Norma Opal, may you rest in peace.
