Norman was genuine, sincere, the 'Real McCoy.' He had a great sense of humor, and could share a (kind) encouraging word with anyone. He gave advice seasoned with the salt of mercy, and showed 'No' partiality toward others. He loved everyone he met; any size, any age, any culture. He was actively engaged in the Community, and was strongly connected to those around him. Praise the Lord. Blessed is theman whofears theLORD, taking great delight inHiscommands. Good will come toaman wholendsgenerously and conducts hisbusinessfairly. He will never be shaken; The man of faith willbe rememberedforever. (Psalm 112:1,5,6)

I really loved Norman. We really liked to talk and he was always willing to help me in anyway he could. Those characters in a man are few and far between. I became to know Norman when I bought the house down the road from him and his wife. I want you (the family) to know that if you need me I am available to help. I also want Keith (the son) to know that I appreciate knowing his father and that he was a great man. Robert Whitlow
