Arnel went to be with the Lord Almighty on January 4, 2017 at 7:20 pm. He was born in the Philippines and migrated to America at the age of 9. He is the only son of Aricio Macapagal Ribano whom Arnel is joining now in eternal life and Teresita Cangco Ribano. He graduated at Eden High School in Hayward. The Family then settled down in Vallejo, Ca. and got married March 2003 to Myrna Victoria Ribano. He enjoys listening to music and sing karaoke. He loves to play mahjong also with the Aunties and cousins. He was loved and will be missed greatly. We will always love and cherish fond memories of you. You are now away from the devil.
