RENDALL, Olga (nee Soyka) Passed away peacefully at Pioneer Elder Care – St. Catharines, on Friday, June 20, 2014 in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Yorston Rendall (2013). Loving sister of Stephen (Belle) Soyka and Natalie Yeargin. Predeceased by her parents Anastasia & Frederick Soyka, her sisters Anne Shugan (Dan), Mary Hollywood (David), Katherine Barton and Shirley Nichols (Jack), as well as her brothers Michael (Ann) Soyka, Anthony (Sylvia) Soyka, George Soyka, and Ted Soyka. Passed away peacefully at Pioneer Elder Care – St. Catharines, on Friday, June 20, 2014 in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Yorston Rendall (2013). Loving sister of Stephen (Belle) Soyka and Natalie Yeargin. Predeceased by her parents Anastasia & Frederick Soyka, her sisters Anne Shugan (Dan), Mary Hollywood (David), Katherine Barton and Shirley Nichols (Jack), as well as her brothers Michael (Ann) Soyka, Anthony (Sylvia) Soyka, George Soyka, and Ted Soyka. She is also survived by sisters-in-law Roselee Soyka and Emily Soyka. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. She had a wonderful, loving marriage with her beloved "Freddie" They were always together, especially after he retired from General Motors. Special thanks to the wonderful, caring staff of Pioneer Elder Care and the Niagara-on-the-Lake Hospital.

The family will receive visitors, prior to the funeral service, from 12 noon to 1:45 pm, on Monday, June 23, 2014 at Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel, 75 Church Street, (905-684-6346). The funeral service will take place at St. George's Anglican Church, 83 Church Street on Monday, June 23, 2014 at 2 pm. Interment will follow at the Victoria Lawn Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society, the Parkinson's society or a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
