Concerning Segun…We are still at a loss for words. Your gentle smile and your quiet brilliance will not be forgotten. Dear Eno, May God be to you a light continually, May He hold you dear when you are lonely and May He cheer you when you are down. He will never leave you.

i still recall all our growing up years, when we'll pack ourselves in your dad's car on the way to school, all the times we used to wait for daddy to pick us up after school and we will play our hearts away. i remember how proud you made me feel when i attended your graduation from the medical school and you were packing all the prices. tears roll down my eyes as i write this. it's harder that i didnt have the oportunity to say good bye. i regret not checking you during my last visit to North Carolina. you were a brother and a friend. you will greatly be missed. we will continue to take solace in the fact that you are resting with your king. farewell brother.

Segun, you were my friend, no, my brother. My childhood is not complete without you. Even when separated by time and distance, in my heart, you were still my brother. I planned a surprise visit for 2013, but now i have to wait till we meet to part no more. Sleep well, my friend.

I miss you dearly and I take comfort in the fact that we will soon meet again, to part no more. For now I am left with the sweet fragrance that your life left behind, you are a precious 'gem'....

Your grace, good humor, and manners were a light to everybody around you. I am better for having known you for the short time you worked in High Point. May the Lord bless and keep your family and loved ones secure in the knowledge that you will be able to meet on the other side in that great last day.

My sweet in-law, words can not express how much we are going to miss you but my only consolation is that you are gone to be with the Lord Jesus Christ. I know we shall meet on the last day. May your gentle soul rest in perfect peace. Amen
