My deepest condolences to Jan and the rest of the Ainsworth clan. Oma was an amazing lady who had such a wise and positive effect on so many people. I was very fortunate to have her presence in my life over many years. Her leadership in the kitchen at Sarcee was that of caring and kindness accompanied by a strong work ethic that created such a positive and happy workplace. Her guidance when I was in my teens reinforced values of understanding and acceptance. As I grew older I was blessed with optimism and acceptance of those things we cannot change.
I became a better person for having the good fortune of knowing and learning from a truly wonderful human being.
I share your saddness but am thankful that Oma had 96 years of giving and receiving love.
Much love,
Gayle
