I was so surprised and sorry when I unexpectedly stumbled across this sad news. I knew Ona all my life. We were best friends in early grade school in Morristown until the family moved to Phoenix. We did a lot of things together and when we got into trouble with our parents for some of our shenaggins, she was my anchor. She was exceptionally calm and level headed in emergencies and also in life. I think that was a trait inherited from her mother. They were both strong, practical people. I am so sorry that she's no longer with us, but I rest assured that she is at peace with our Lord and that we will meet again.

Alan and Family, I am so sorry to hear of your (and my) loss of Ona. She was a dear treasure in my working world life and still to today. There are no adequate words to express my sorrow at learning of this. Your family was like my own family - and one of the best places I ever worked. I cannot count the number of times I've thought of each of you (with thankfulness I got to know Ona and you). God bless you all.

Jim and Family,
Ona was a bright light in time of trouble for me. She lovingly and patiently helped me to learn about State Farm.
I will always think of her when I order tacos. Especially her hand gestures when asking if the beef was shredded.
May she rest in peace..
