As a young couple, just starting our family, we were Oscar and Ophelia's back yard neighbors in the late 70s and 80s. We always enjoyed our chats over the fence and their beautiful back yard. We will always have very fond memories of "Miss Ophelia." She was a wonderful neighbor. Our condolences to her family and friends.
