Obituary

Oretha Werline Clark of, 90, of the Dixon Pike, died Wednesday April 24, 2013 at Maysville Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility. She was born on February 12, 1923 in the Sand hill Community of Lewis County to the late Darius and Goldie Bell Werline. Mrs. Clark was a member of the Plumville Christian Church and a graduate of Tollesboro High School. She was a Farm wife and worked on the farm with her late husband Bruce W. Clark who died on April 5, 1992. Mrs. Clark is survived by her son Garry (Lucille) Clark of Maysville, one daughter Connie (Ernie) Stone of Burbank Ohio , five grandchildren Garry B. Oretha Werline Clark of, 90, of the Dixon Pike, died Wednesday April 24, 2013 at Maysville Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility. She was born on February 12, 1923 in the Sand hill Community of Lewis County to the late Darius and Goldie Bell Werline. Mrs. Clark was a member of the Plumville Christian Church and a graduate of Tollesboro High School. She was a Farm wife and worked on the farm with her late husband Bruce W. Clark who died on April 5, 1992. Mrs. Clark is survived by her son Garry (Lucille) Clark of Maysville, one daughter Connie (Ernie) Stone of Burbank Ohio , five grandchildren Garry B. (Mary) Clark, Gregory B. (Sarah) Clark, Cassandra (Jim) West, Billy Scott Ruggles and Jeremy Clark Ruggles, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. Also surviving is her sister Maurine Lyman of Tamarac, Fl. Preceding her in death were two brothers Willard Werline and Darius Werline and 4 sisters Frances Henderson, Grace Bishop, Ester Watson and Maxine Jones. Funeral services for Oretha Clark will be held at the Barbour and Son Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 27, 2013, with Rev. Scott Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:00 until 7:00 PM Friday.
