In working for United Companies, I'd heard of Oscar and his tremendous skill as an equipment operator as well the extremely high regard in which he was held by those who worked with him due to his warm and caring nature. I feel honored to have gotten to meet and spend some time with him; his character, friendliness and kind nature were evident the moment I met him and each time I had the pleasure to see him later in life. He was a wonderful example of what all men should strive to be.
