Patricia W. Conard, 66, of Columbus, died 10:55 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2014, at our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. She was born March 18, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late Eugene and Marie Kerka Wysocki. Mrs. Conard was a nurse practitioner for Planned Parenthood in Columbus for 30 years. She was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Friends of Haiti, Bartholomew County Democratic Party, Volunteers in Medicine, and the Love Chapel, she was a former member of the Ecumenical Assembly. Patricia W. Conard, 66, of Columbus, died 10:55 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2014, at our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.

She was born March 18, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late Eugene and Marie Kerka Wysocki.

Mrs. Conard was a nurse practitioner for Planned Parenthood in Columbus for 30 years. She was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Friends of Haiti, Bartholomew County Democratic Party, Volunteers in Medicine, and the Love Chapel, she was a former member of the Ecumenical Assembly.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church with Father Clem Davis officiating. Cremation will follow the service.

Arrangements were by Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Friends of Haiti through St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Jocelyn M. Conard of Durham, North Carolina; and sister, Sue Skutecki of Phoenix, Arizona. She is also survived by her former husband Steve Conard of Nashville, Indiana.
