Thompson, Patricia Ann (nee Cox) asleep in Jesus on June 9, 2014.
Beloved wife of William E. Thompson. Loving mother of Chirstopher M., Dana M. and Denise M. Thompson. Dear sister of Judy (Walter) Abell. Dearest sister-in-law of the late Patricia Ritter. Dear aunt, cousin and friend of many.
A memorial service will be conducted Friday, June 13, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. at Ascension Lutheran Church with visitation one hour prior. The inurnment will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemtery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Patricia's memory to the Salvation Army.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

Knowing full well the pain experienced with all services for the recently departed. Your service was tempered with joy at the assurance of being with the Lord, because Pat being in a state of grace. It was also pleasing to see your children and having the pleasure of telling events of time passed in happier times. God bless.

Knowing the pain and grief associated with having a funeral service, I would like say, that our experience was tempered with joy knowing that Pat was in a state of grace, which helps. Dear Bill & family, Rich & I were very sad to see that Pat has gone to be with the Lord. Haven't seen you for several years, but will always remember the good times and wonderful memories of our times together. Pat was a special lady and will be missed by all who were fortunate to have known her. Hope you know we will be praying for the family and would love to visit with you. Spoke to Judy Eubanks yesterday. Bill and I are so sorry to hear about Pat.
Haven't seen you much lately, but always remember the great times we had that winter at the Citidel with Jack and Judy. Pat and I had so much fun, just goofing around and we all ate dinner every night together..Remember Pat's Pineapple Upside Down cake was so good.
