Patrick Francis Graf, age 49, of Thornton, Colorado passed away on Friday February 2, 2018. Patrick was born March 4, 1968.
A rosary for Patrick will be held Monday, February 12, 2018 at 7:00 PM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 11385 Grant Drive, Northglenn, Colorado 80233. A memorial mass will occur Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM, 11385 Grant Drive, Northglenn, Colorado 80233.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Owen and Elliot Memorial Fund at Care of Horizons North Credit Union, 11455 Pearl St. Northglenn, Colorado 80233.
