Patsy Darlene Phelps was born in Dallas, Texas on February 22, 1938 to Orbra Lee and Katie Mae Chenault. She went home to the Lord on January 8, 2018.



Patsy is preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband, Ronald Phelps.



Left with cherished memories are her daughter Sharee Phelps Cook; son Ronnie Phelps & wife Alice; daughter Charlotte Phelps; son Kevin Phelps & wife Mishelle; son Terry Phelps & wife Kellie; grandchildren Tiffany Cook- Kister & husband Jeff, Ashley Roarke & husband Philip, Kayla Ruiz & husband Joey, Alexis Phelps, Colby Phelps, Gavin Phelps; great grandchildren Phoenix Kister, Roman Kister, Chloe Roarke, Kaylee Roarke and Nolan Ruiz; sister Orbra Mae Bogue; dearly loved best friend Sandra Nicholson and numerous other family loved ones and beloved friends.



Patsy was loved by all and will be dearly missed.



The family will receive family and friends at a visitation 6-8pm Friday January 12, 2018 at Roselawn Funeral Home, Seagoville, Texas. Funeral service will be 2:00pm Saturday January 13, 2018 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Seagoville, Texas where Patsy will be laid to rest beside her husband Ronald in The Garden of Memories.

I had the pleasure of being Mrs. Patsy's home health nurse for 9 years and really enjoyed her, she will truly be missed, my prayers are with the family
