I, like Steve served with COL Brown at Cat Lai Vietnam, and was an email buddy for years also. In 2009 Patsy traveled to Cat Lai Vietnam, and provided pictures of Cat Lai at that time. Patsy was always ready to help everyone. My sincere condolences to the family.

My thoughts and prayers to the Brown family and David. Although I never met Patsy, we were e-mail friends for years. I worked in the same office as Colonel Brown in 1967 while in Cat Lai, Vietnam. He was a wonderful man and great commander. He always had a picture of Patsy on his desk. I said to him one day, "Colonel Brown, sir. You have a very beautiful wife". He smiled and thanked me. She was beautiful! Patsy and I would talk of the fond memories of the Colonel.

Our hearts are heavy on the news of Patsy's passing. She was a lovely lady with a very generous heart. She was kind to us and our kids, Tommy and Savannah who walked little Roxey for a few years and had grown very attached to her. We will miss Patsy's smiling face and kind words and we wish only the best for her family and friends. Rest in Peace, dear.
