Paul Arba Greene, 73 of Hueytown, AL, passed away June 16, 2017 at his home. Paul was born August 9, 1943 to Cecil A. Greene and Violet Lillian Greene. He was the feisty baby brother to Don (Nancy) and Pat (Glen). He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Kaye; sister, Pat Langston; 3 sons, Richard G. Pledger (Ellen), Roy V. Greene (Debra), T. J. Greene (Angie); two daughters, Sonya Estes and Stacy P. Greene; 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. We love, honor and remember Paul A. Greene; a wonderful and loving Christian, Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Great Great Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend. A special thanks to Jeanne Jones sister of Kaye and special Angel to Paul and to Compassus nurses and staff; Jeanie, Doris, Richard, Latoya and Cory. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Alzheimer foundation or Hospice Foundation.

Paul was and still is my uncle but more a big brother. We shared a a great deal of happy fun times. I ask everyone to remember him as the generous fun loving person we all loved. He would share all he had with anyone in need. I love you and will miss you.
