I fellowshipped with Paul during the early-to-mid-1960s when he lived on Pinewood Drive in Virginia Beach. He was a teacher in Norfolk County while I was a teacher in Norfolk City. Back then, in the teaching profession, it was very special to meet and fellowship with other teachers who wanted all that God had for them. We lost contact many decades ago and I just now came across his obit.

Brother Paul was so kind and dear to me. I had the privilege of opening up my house and allowing him to do what I know he did best, preaching the word of God. You'll be dearly missed dear brother.

I am the adjutant at Blue Ridge Rifles Camp 1860 Sons of Confederate Veterans of which brother Paul was member and chaplain of for many years. I am grateful for Brother Paul's testimony and his willingness to share the love of our lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was a blessing to me and he will be truly missed.

Pastor Paul Bellino will be surely missed by so many. I was inspired by his strong faith in Jesus and preaching HIS Word. We enjoyed a time in 2006 & 07 of Bible studies/fellowship in homes that were so personal. Prayers & trust for his wonderful wife, Kyong Cha and family, that the Lord will continue comforting, loving, filling with HIS peace during this time.

I remember my Brother enjoyed singing "The Impossible Dream " from the Broadway show "Man of La Mancha". (In part) ...To be willing to march into Hell, for a Heavenly cause...and I know if I'll only be true, to this glorious quest, that my heart will lie peaceful and calm, when I'm laid to my rest..." He always looked to seek the lost for their salvation. Rest, dear Brother, for you have been valiant for our Lord. Even though miles separated us, we were always together in spirit and will continue to be so.

"I met Dr. Bellino when I first came to Atlanta back in 1992. I always enjoyed his wonderful laugh and our many robust theological discussions. He and I were admirers of Dr. James Montgomery Boice, my late pastor, and BIG FANS of the silent screen star Rudolph Valentino--who was born on May 6th--Dr. Bellino's birthday! Enjoy the wonders of Heaven, my friend. You will be missed here, however."

We are praying for his sweet family during this tough adjustment. Rev. Bellini has always been a part of the Georgia family of believers who have been such an encouragement to my family and I. Thankful for the blessed assurance that we will meet again at the feet of Jesus. In His joy and peace, Evangeline Wilkinson Light

We have lost a brother in Christ! Paul shared his love for Christ and Christ's love for us in every way and in every tongue. If you knew Paul, you knew his heart was full of hope and his pockets were filled with tracts testifying to Christ's grace and salvation to every tribe and nation. I will miss you old friend, but I know you are in a much better place...onward Christian soldier! Yes, we have lost a brother in Christ, but only for a short while because of those who enjoy the same Hope as Paul, we will meet him again with Christ.

My Jesus now is telling you, "Well done thou good and faithful servant", to my best friend for some 35 years. This world is so much poorer for his absence. He was a man that truly loved Jesus, and those who knew him could witness this with a pure heart. I am a little more lonely knowing he is no longer here. I will miss him. Never have I known a man that had more impact on my life.

How sad is it really, to pass frrom this earthly world of woes on your way to Heaven where paradice is forever? "Pauli" and I were good and constant friends for many years, by phone and e-mail, and yet we never met. Be sad for those who miss him but be happy for him who is going to meet God.
