Paul graduated from John D. Bassett High School in1978, where he excelled in football, baseball, and track.

Paul married the love of his life Ophelia on May 11, 1985. Together they raised 4 beautiful children.

Yesterday I received the news of Stoogie's final journey and acceptance into the presence of the Lord. Although I am stunned by the news, I find comfort in knowing that the longsuffering is no more, and "Stoog" is now at peace. I also find absolute JOY in reflecting back on the memories of my visits with him in years past. May the Lord comfort you all during this certain time of sorrow. I will be certain to visit with you before Summer's end.
