Paul David Parsons, 63, of Belleville passed away at his home with his family by his side on Thurs., March 13, 2014. "The war he fought all his life has ended in VICTORY with the Lord."
He was born May 17, 1950, in Lincoln Co., a son to the late Alma Sutton. He was a self-employed mechanic, and was a veteran of the US Marine Corps that served as a radio operator in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife Jaleen Parsons, sons, Craig Parsons and wife Joann, David Smith and wife Jerilynn, Zac Parsons, and Augustus Bouse and wife Raechal, daughter, Misty Coull and her husband Brandon, grandchildren, Craig Jr., Alexis, Billy, Cassie, Wyatt, and Jesse, sister, Carla Daggett and husband Doug, along with numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Service will be Monday, March 17, 2014, 11 am, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 16, 2014, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Parsons name to help defray expenses.

I am deeply saddened by Paul's passing. Jaleen, I remember you and Paul fixing John Morrison's door . We had fun that day. I know you were extremely close and pray God will comfort you and the family. I regret I couldn't come to services.
