Paul M. Wommack passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016. Born September 2, 1924 in Spartanburg, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Paul L. & Bertha Hancock Wommack. He attended Spartanburg County Schools was a graduate of Wofford College. Mr. Wommack served his country in the US Army and was a Veteran of World War II. Mr. Wommack retired as manager from Bellsouth/AT&T after thirty-five years of service in Sales and Public Relations. He was self-employed in Automobile Sales for several years.





Survivors include his nieces, Tish LeMaster, Roswell, GA., Jo L. Duesenberg and husband Wes, Alpharetta, GA; nephew Henry L. (Hank) LeMaster, wife, Georgia, Roswell, GA; grandnephew Wesley Duesenberg III, wife, Katie, grandnieces Leslie Wyatt and husband Tom; Suzanne Hartzler, and husband, Adam; great-grandnephews and great-grandnieces, Wesley C. Duesenburg IV, Grice and Leighton Wyatt, Adasyn, Gavin and Etta Georgia Hartzler. He was predeceased by his sister, Letty W. LeMaster.





His extended family includes, his dear friend, Frankie Newman with whom he lived and loved. Her family: Heath and Lee Newman, Scott and Evelyn Newman, Tee and Marci Newman and their families; Ted and Martha Floyd.





Services for Mr. Wommack will be held at 11:00, Saturday morning, June 25, 2016, with visitation beginning at 10:00 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel- 7600 Woodrow Street Irmo, SC . The Rev. Joseph James will officiate. Burial will follow at 3:00 p.m. in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens-1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC.

Dearest Ms Frankie and families.....Although we did not know Mr. Paul well, when we would see you two together at Just Us or Lizard's Thicket, your wonderful relationship would shine.....like a bright sunny day.
