Peggy was born in Utica, New York, and moved to Southern California 1955 and live in Riverside, Thousand Oaks, and Westlake Village. She was a long-time resident of Westlake Village having lived there since 1973.
Peggy worked for over 20 years in Administration at Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks. She was an avid bridge player. She enjoyed needlework, gardening and travel.

Peggy was happiest when she was immersed in social activities, card playing or taking long walks in nature. Most dearly, Peggy was a loving parent. She taught her children to be respectful, independent and responsible hard workers. She gave them the lifelong gift of love through her never ending pride in them and their accomplishments.

She is survived by her five children Brian (Milleth) Miller, Keith (Shannon) Miller, Cheryl (Jim) Miller, Karen Richmond, and Pam(Kurt) Fettu; three stepchildren John (Elizabeth) Barron, Susan (Jim) Howe, and Gale (John) Martin; and 16 grand kids and 10 great-grandkids, 2 more on the way.

There will be a viewing on June 11 from 6-8 p.m. and a memorial service and internment on June 12 at 10 a.m. at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Chapel in Westlake Village.
