Obituary

Peter C. DeFelice, 70, of Sparta passed away suddenly on August 30, 2012. Peter was born in Jersey City and lived in Ridgefield Park before moving to Sparta 30 years ago. He was Senior Buyer for Sandvik Steel Inc., of Fairlawn, NJ, retiring in 2008 after 44 years. Peter was a graduate of Bergen County Community College and a member of VASA. He is survived by his beloved wife Ethel (nee Kiefer) DeFelice; devoted children: Peter J. DeFelice and his wife Maria; Julie Leider and her husband Lenny; William Andrews and his wife Bonnie; and Richard Andrews. Peter is also survived by his brother Raymond DeFelice and 6 loving grandchildren and 2 neices. Friends may call Monday, September 3, 2012 from 4-7pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta, NJ 07871. A funeral service will be held at 10am Tuesday at the funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sparta Cemetery.
