Polly Rose Collins Braud, age 83, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015. She was a resident of Marrero.
Mrs. Braud was married to the late Charles Braud, Sr.; daughter of the late B.J. Collins and Lydia Lombas Collins; mother of Charles Braud, Jr., Robert Braud, Jamie Braud, and Thomas Braud ( and his wife Cindy); sister of Elda Doucet, Englave Collins, Eleanore Carol, Dorothy Wiseman, and the late Casey Collins, Priscalla Leonard, and Whitney Lombas; grandmother of five and great grandmother of seven; beloved aunt and friend of a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, classmates, and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend Visitation on Thursday, April 2, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, Louisiana. A Catholic Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Restlawn Cemetery in Avondale.
