Cain, Polly Needham, "Ms. Polly" beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed from the loving arms of her family into those of her Lord and Savior April 14, 2014. She was joyously reunited with her husband and love of her life, Hugh N. Cain, III; parents, Vida and Burl Needham; sister, Angela Smiddy; brothers, Clay, J.M., and Glen Needham.

Left behind to cherish her memory, daughter, Kathi Preston, Mary Beth Rogers (Chris), Becky Schronce (Thomas) and son, Hugh N. Cain, IV; grandchildren, Eric Schronce (Kathi), Jennifer Schronce, Brandon Schronce (Cheryl), Matthew Schronce (Laurel), Shawn Cain, Danques Preston, DeAngelo Preston, Christina Rogers, and Elizabeth Rogers; great-grandchildren, Tabitha, Erin, Jamie, Jonathan, and Olivia Schronce; special family friend, Kenny Ellis. Polly devoted her life to family creating a Christian home and wonderful and magical holiday and everyday lifelong memories. She was a dedicated and faithful caregiver to husband Hugh during his illness and after his passing continued her steadfast love and devotion to her adoring children and grandchildren. Known to scores of other children as "Ms. Polly", she was a dearly loved and respected caregiver especially as a teacher at Peter Pan Daycare. She has left a lasting legacy of love to all who knew her. The family would like to thank special caregivers, Cherain Patterson and Tracy "Sister" Ervin.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 – 8 pm at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with the funeral to follow at 8 pm. Graveside service will be Thursday at 12 noon at Lynnhurst Cemetery. Arrangements by Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Dr. Condolences may be offered at www.lynnhurstchapel.com

Oh no.. I'm really saddened by this news. You were so great & assisted in spoiling all the kids from Peter Pan. I still remember sitting in your lap for comfort on a bad day. You will be greatly missed. Mrs. Mary Beth my prayers are with you & I know God will comfort you through this great loss. Ms. Polly is happy in Jesus now. I know she will continue to watch over us all. I love you!!!
