On October 23, 2012, PRENTICE RODGER WHITMAN passed away. He is the loving husband of the late Shirley Ann Whitman (nee Bass); loving father of Philip Dale Whitman and his partner David Burton and Cheryl Beall and her husband Mark Beall. He was a WWII veteran in the Marine Corps, member of the Masonic Lodge and Shrine, member of the Moose Lodge, and retired from the National Security Agency.
