Rachael Elizabeth Caroon, 40, a resident of Las Vegas, NV for 25 years, passed away suddenly on August 31, 2014. She was born July 25, 1974 in Kingman, Arizona, graduating from Clark High School in 1992. She was a 12 year employee of Metropolitan Police Department in the capacity of Senior LEST with Financial Crimes. Like her brother, Ruben, she was an ardent Arizona Cardinals fan. Rachael’s passions were reading books, going to movies and shopping for shoes and purses; but her biggest passion in life were her two sons, giving 800% or more for them, never complaining, and always wanting to do more for them. She will always be remembered for her devotion, extreme sense of humor and her beauty, both inside and out. How can you put into words someone who was everyone and everything? She is with her brother now, and we can only wonder what they are cooking up to get in to. No words can convey the great loss that we feel. Rachael is survived by her sons and loves of her life, Kelly and Padraic; nephew, Logan Hood; parents, Steve and Elizabeth Hagen; sisters, Dinell and Lydia; brother, Kevin; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you support your local bookstores, movie theatres and Pier I Imports. Arrangements under the direction of Palm South Jones Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
