Ralph John Cruz peacefully joined our Lord on September 3, 2017 when he passed away unexpectedly. Ralph was born on the beautiful island of Guam. He was employed with the VTA for 10 years. Ralph was survived by his son, Ryan Christopher Cruz, mother and father Rafael and Cecilia (Chelang) Cruz, grandmother Conception Fejeran, sister Jackie Marquez, brother Freddy Cruz and fiancé Leticia Isabel Gomez, a Brother-in-law and numerous Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
