A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28, 2014 at 10:00am at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.

Mr. Chavez's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.

Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
