Ralph Miller, born November 15, 1924 to Edward and Minnie Miller in Berks County, Pennsylvania, died November 15, 2009 in Humble, Texas at the age of 85. Ralph grew up on a farm in Berks County and after high school enlisted in the United States Navy in 1942, serving in World War II and was later called back for the Korean War. He moved back to Pennsylvania where he met Shirley Wallace in Palmyra and they were married. They lived for a time in Tacoma Park, Maryland before moving to Beltsville, Maryland and then to Houston, TX in 1969 and finally to Humble, TX in 1984. Ralph Miller, born November 15, 1924 to Edward and Minnie Miller in Berks County, Pennsylvania, died November 15, 2009 in Humble, Texas at the age of 85. Ralph grew up on a farm in Berks County and after high school enlisted in the United States Navy in 1942, serving in World War II and was later called back for the Korean War. He moved back to Pennsylvania where he met Shirley Wallace in Palmyra and they were married. Ralph was a computer programmer and analyst in the banking industry. Mr. Miller is preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela Miller and his son, Ron Miller. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Miller of Humble, TX; sons, Scott Miller and his wife, Monica, and Craig Miller and his wife, Becky; and daughter- in- law Debra Miller- Locklear, grandchildren, Ronnie Miller, Angela Harling, Craig Miller, Brandon Miller, Tristan Miller, Kendra Marcyes, Amaris Holland, and Alyson Miller; and great grandchildren, Alyssa Harling, Landon Miller and Ava Miller. Visitation will be Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Kingwood Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be 4:00 p.m. Friday, November 20, 2009 at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59N. Kingwood, TX 77339. For those desiring, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association or to the Alzheimer's Association.
