Randy always had a gruff exterior, but underneath that, his heart was big and he would give the shirt off his back to help someone. I know from experience. He was fun to be around, and was a great friend! All the years we worked together were some of what us long timers call the "good old days". We also enjoyed some great hunts! Randy will be dearly missed! My heart goes out to his wife and family.

Randy was a unique individual with a wonderful heart and a true friend. My memories of him will always be great ones thinking of the years we spent working, hunting, and always laughing when we were together. My sympathy goes out to the McConnell family for their loss.
