Just hearing about Rays passing. I am stunned - just stunned. Ray and I only spent a few months in school together in the mid 80s and touched base only occassionally thereafter. He was a good airman and a great man. Very sad to see this.
Trees are good, Ray. Trees are good.

God called Ray home way too early; I know there is a reason. I send you my most heartfelt condolences. It is rare to come across an individual so smart, respectful, dedicated, vibrant and just an all around good guy. He will be missed but his presence forever felt. I feel lucky and honored to have known him.

So deeply sorry to hear of Ray's passing. Although we had not seen each other in many years he made an enormous impression on me and my 20 year Air Force career. His presence, determination and intellect impacted every person who's life he touched. My deepest sympathies to the loved ones he left behind.

My condolences to Ray's family and friends. Ray was always just a good guy, always willing to help others and bring a smile to someone's face. I'll always remember clowning around in band, playing practical jokes on one another. R.I.P. Old friend.
