Obituary

Mr. Ray C. Campbell, Sr. November 28, 1925 – June 13, 2014, age 88. A resident of Mobile went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 13, 2014. Ray was a veteran of World War II and The Korean War. He served in the Navy at age 17 then went on to retire from the US Coast Guard in 1969. He worked at the Alabama State Dry Docks as a guard and then the Mobile Greyhound Park. Ray was a loving father to chis children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ray loved his furry companions, his dog and cat. He will be missed by those lives he touched with his kindness and generous spirit. The family would like to thank the staff of E.A. Roberts...

November 28, 1925 – June 13, 2014, age 88. A resident of Mobile went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 13, 2014. Ray was a veteran of World War II and The Korean War. Roberts Alzheimer's Center & Mobile Infirmary for their awesome staff, dedication and especially Dr. Westbrook for all his kindness. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday 12 noon until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
