Ed Hollander and I worked with Ray at Clarke and Rapuano. As Landscape Architects we presented to him for many years at Wetlands and P and Z in Greenwich. He will be missed. We are sorry for your loss.

Ray served as a very good Chairman of Greenwich Planning and Zoning for many years. His contributions to development projects in town as an Engineer and PZ Chairman helped to create better projects because of his engineering profession
He had very good people skills and conducted meetings in a fair and open discussion method. He also had a good sense of humor and will be missed

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any mans death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.
