Mr. Barbee was such a kind and sweet man and will be missed greatly by all of those he touched. When I would come back to visit at church with my Mom, Phyllis, he would always greet me with a warm smile. My heart goes out to Mrs. Barbee, Dana and Steve and the rest of your family.

To all of the Barbee family, I'm so sorry for the loss of Raymond. I know you will all miss him. I pray the Lord comfort the entire family in unique ways so God's goodness will be felt by all.

It is truly comforting to know that Raymond is now in glory and free from pain and is face-to-face with God through His Son Jesus Christ shining upon his face experiencing all the wonders of Heaven and is loved by everyone there. I can only believe in my heart that he is smiling and joyful and is excited in his anticipation for all of you to see all of Heaven with him in the great family union that will take place one day.

Raymond will be remembered by me as the gentle man who I enjoyed talking with during our family get-togethers throughout the years. I know you all loved Raymond very much and he was a wonderful father and husband. God bless the Barbee family during this particular time and may God's goodness and mercy continue to be upon all of your family.
