Obituary

Raymond E. Sweiger, Sr., left us to be with his beloved wife Ramona on Friday, July 26th, 2013. Ray was born in Wooster, Ohio on April 15, 1941 to parents Ernest and Ganel Sweiger. Ray worked for Chrysler as a tool and die maker and retired after 40 years of service. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. and an ardent supporter of the NRA. Ray was a certified conceal carry weapon instructor who was always "packing". He enjoyed providing for his wife and seven children. Ray was born in Wooster, Ohio on April 15, 1941 to parents Ernest and Ganel Sweiger. Ray worked for Chrysler as a tool and die maker and retired after 40 years of service. Ray is survived by his children: Bill (Cindy) Kuntz of Rootstown, Rick (Teri) Kuntz of Ravenna, Gary (Ruth) Kuntz of Edinburg, John Sweiger of Wooster, Jenny Sweiger of Wooster, Ray Sweiger of Ravenna and Chris & Jon Peacock of NYC. Surviving also are his 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Private family services are being held and officiated by Pastor John Ryan and burial will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery.
