Mr. Kuykendall died March 22, 2012 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Desoto
He was born April 15, 1921 to the late Ruben and Elsie Kuykendall. He graduated from Kossuth High School. He served with the 8th Air Force, 306th Bomb Group, 367th Squadron during WWII, He was a tail gunner, having his plane shot down, he was a POW for 16 months.
Member of Union Baptist Church. Was a retired machinist.
Preceded in death by his wife Annie Lou Morton Kuykendall, Parents. 2 brothers, 1 sister.
Survived by his sons Joe Reed (Darlene) Kuykendall of Southaven, MS.
Keith (Vicki) Kuykendall of Olive Branch, MS. Brother Grady (Betty) Kuykendall of Corinth, MS. Grandchildren Courtney Kirton, Joey Kuykendall, Sindy Abadie. 4 great grandchildren. Host of Nieces and nephews.
