Con profunda tristeza, le comunicamos del fallecimiento de nuestro querido René "TATA" Solis, natural de Cuba hijo de Rogelio Solís y Modesta Peña quien falleció el 21 de Septiembre del 2013, en Miami-Dade a la edad de 88 años. Su destacada vida lo hizo ganarse el respeto y admiración de sus familiares y amigos así como su gran Amor al Beisbol Profesional al cual dedico los mejores años de su juventud como jugador en el conocido equipo Almendares. La velación comenzara a las 6:30 P.M. el día Domingo 22 de Septiembre del 2013 en la Funeraria Memorial Plan Westchester localizada en el 9800 SW 24th Street Miami, FL 33165.El cortejo fúnebre partirá hacia el cementerio Miami Memorial Park localizado en el 6200 SW 77th Avenue, Miami, FL 33134 el Lunes, 23 de Septiembre del 2013 a las 12:00 P.M donde recibirá cristiana sepultura. Le sobreviven su esposa Juana Solís, sus hijos Belkis, Isabel, Arlene y Karen y sus nietos Michael, Michelle, René, Virginia y Nicole agradecen las expresiones de condolencias recibidas, Gracias por acompañarnos a recordar lo mucho que René " TATA" significo para cada uno de nosotros.
