I was fortunate enough to work with Rezin for many years. He was one of the most intelligent and personable people I've ever known. He was respected and admired by everyone. We have lost a great friend.

I worked with Rezin at S.A. and he was one of the calmest most layed back people I ever known. This was when many of the old school engineers wore bow ties. Rezin always looked very dapper with his bow ties.

I have been truly blessed to have spent time with Rezin on this earth and with our hands in the earth. What a rare and spectacular soul!
He and I worked together at the Atlanta Botanical Garden, and I had the privilege to work with him in his own garden. Surprisingly strong and impossible to restrain, Doris and I had to trick him into taking breaks. I onece had to talk him out of climbing into one of the trees in his front yard.
I'm grateful to have had him as a friend.

Our sympathy & love go out to the entire Pidgeon family. Rezin Pidgeon was such a sweet, kind, loving family man. Our solace is to know that Mr. Pidgeon is in a much better place. He will be greatly missed.
With love & respect,
Marnell & Evan Ginsburg

I worked with Rezin for many years at Scientific-Atlanta. Not only was he one of the smartest people I had the honor to know, he was also a person of quiet humility and genuine friendliness. I am grateful for the chance to know him.
