Mrs. Rhonda Clark of Vinton, formerly of Orange, TX, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at the age of 72.
Rhonda was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her mother, Carmen Cole of Groves; her husband of 50 years, John H. Clark of Vinton; her daughter and son-in-law Kimberly and Steven Morris of Port Arthur; son and daughter-in-law John G. and Roxanne Clark of Vinton; grandchildren Ryan and Justin Harris of Port Arthur, Kristin Clark of Orange, and Brandi and Amy Clark of Vinton. She is also survived by brothers William "Bill" Cole and Gillis "Pat" Cole, both of Groves; and numerous nephews and nieces.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her father Gillis Cole and her sister Ann Philen.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7, in Hixson Funeral Home of Vinton. Burial will follow in Niblett's Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. Saturday until time of service.
Pallbearers are Ryan Harris, Justin Harris, Nathan Caswell, Jr., Fred Patrick, Allan Brown, Jr. and Raymond Brown.
