Betty, Dick and Family, Buddy, Claire and Family, Pat, Elena and Family,
My heart is broken and my eyes shed tears. I remember so many different stories and the fun times we shared when Richard lived with us in New Orleans for several years. We were extremely blessed to remain fairly close to Richard throughout the years, and for that, I am eternally grateful. Although we didn't get to personally visit as often as time passed, we made up for lost time when we did. I remember dragging him to the dance floor several years ago at a birthday party for Sue. Once there, he had such a blast, he didn't want to stop dancing.
Richard always got a special twinkle in his eyes when he saw you. He was always such a loving and caring man, who had a heart of gold and a true love of family.
May God wrap all of you in His arms during this difficult time. He is with Taylor and family and friends, and is at peace.
Please know that even though we can't be there with you for the services, you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
May the depth of your faith and the love of those who share in the loss of Richard, comfort you at this time of sadness.
With Love and Heartfelt Condolences,
Becky and Mike Robichaux

Deepest sympathy to Betty, Buddy, Pat and your respective families on the passing of Richard. I was so blessed to re establish a closeness with him these past 12 years, and I will forever and lovingly treasure those times. I know Richard is happy to be reunited with Taylor and all of his loved ones. May God comfort you with his peace.
